If so, we are seeking a talented and ambitious recently qualified architect or experienced Part 2 Graduate to join our enthusiastic office.
:thatstudio is a thriving, design-led office, established in 2015 and now continuing to expand as a result of a high level of demand. We seek to achieve excellence in all aspects of our work and have particular passion for traditional craftsmanship, contemporary design and a desire to contribute to the evolution of our places to live, work and play. Our client base ranges across central Scotland from Glasgow to Edinburgh and Perthshire to Dumfries. We have a range of small and medium sized projects in the housing, commercial, conservation and self-build sectors at various stages of the design and construction process and offer first hand experience on all project work.
Candidates will be RIBA Part 3 or RIBA Part 2 qualified as minimum, well versed in the use of 2d and 3d CAD software, Vectorworks and BIM experience will be desirable. Hand drawing and sketching skills will be advantageous as will sound knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and SketchUp. A commitment to client satisfaction, flexibility throughout the design process and an insatiable commitment to deliver the best possible architecture are essential requirements.
The successful candidate will participate at all job stages and have opportunity to develop client relationships. Candidates will be encouraged to develop skills in areas of special interest and contribute to the growth of the business.
