If so, LBA is seeking an enthusiastic project architect or highly experienced technician to join our thriving and progressive award-winning team working on a range of exciting projects. The role will be primarily involved in the production of technical packages at warrant and construction documentation stage through to delivery of the project on site.
Candidates should have a minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience, an excellent technical ability and an understanding and appreciation for high quality design and detailing. Candidates must have experience of delivering large residential development, affordable housing, student and hotel schemes. A knowledge of a wide range of construction methods is essential.
The candidate must be highly proficient in the use of Autocad, and SketchUp. BIM, Photoshop and In-Design experience would also be desirable; however, training will be provided. Experience producing technical drawing packages, specifications and schedules, preparing Scottish Building warrant packages and delivering projects on site through to completion is essential.
