Exhibition Hall

Murray Architects Ltd

The Royal Highland Centre at Ingliston is the premier exhibition show ground in Scotland. The Highland Hall is the largest single exhibition hall on site and was developed to accommodate both the Royal Highland Show requirements for livestock and as a multi purpose exhibition space for use throughout the remainder of the year. A steel portal frame single open span is clad in insulated composite panels. Variable levels of mechanical extraction, air conditioning and artificial lighting are provided to accommodate multi purpose use from animal exhibition, motor shows, conference facilities, sports events and musical concerts. Separate administrative office space, meeting rooms, toilets and cafeteria are annexed at the main entrance.
