"Bright and airy" is what our client asked for and that is what he got. Each refurbished and fitted out floor of this 7500 sqm, 6-storey office block in Canary Wharf area is individualised by a colour and a themed inspirational break-out area. The top three floors were handed over in January 2012 with the remaining three floors, including staff restaurant and staff recreational gym in the converted car park basement were completed by March 2012. Along with normal architectural services hypostyle were also appointed as interior designers responsible for space planning, furniture layouts and selection, and design all graphics.
