When planning consent for subdivision of this building was not granted, GLM were employed to rework the space. Immediately the client fell in love with the simplicity of the proposal, the deft reconfiguration of the space and the attention to every corner that was proposed by GLM. GLM's knack for tailoring to specific needs meant an ability to deliver this design without imposing a design ego and GLM's experience of historic buildings and planning constraints meant that modern luxuries could be added to this very prominent Category grade B listed building.
