The project comprises the demolition of an existing 60,000 sqft office building and the construction of up to 175,000 sqft of new Grade A office space.
The development will be fully BCO compliant and aspires to provide best in class office accommodation to rival that available in the City of London with typical floorplates of 20,000 sqft Net that can be subdivided in three ways. The building has a secure basement car park and a separate on-site loading bay with direct access to a dedicated goods lift.
A secure facility at ground floor level provides parking for 208 bikes with dedicated changing facilities that have the provision to accommodate up to circa 290 cycle spaces in the future.
The development is targeting a minimum rating of BREEAM Very Good with an aspiration of Excellent and possible route to Outstanding. IT will achieve a minimum of EPC B and will be WELL accredited and Wired Certified Platinum.
