The Phase 1 Office will form the gateway building to the BDP designed Rutherglen Low Carbon Zone: a flexible masterplan sensitively providing plots for office and industrial uses adjacent to the Farmecross Conservation Area. The building is highly energy efficient, achieving 13 of the available 15 BREEAM credits for reduction of emissions, reducing energy costs for tenants. Working closely with the other project consultants BDP have ensured that this exemplar sustainable office can be delivered within a standard cost model.
