This strategy was developed by 7N Architects with Glasgow City Council for the Public Spaces and Neighbourhoods workstream of the emerging City Centre Strategy. Our proposals promote a shift in the balance between motor vehicles and pedestrians and cyclists to significantly improve the urban quality of the City CentreÍs streets and spaces and connections with surrounding neighbourhoods. They look to improve the environmental health of the City and how citizens and visitors perceive it. Such perceptions are critical to Glasgow's future economic and social wellbeing as they directly shape peopleÍs decisions to live, work, visit and invest in the City.
