About the project
The croft house on the shore of Loch Etive has upper floor living areas and ground floor bedrooms and bathroom. The upper floor sitting room opens onto a large balcony giving additional external living space. This in turn shelters the ground floor terrace. Reclaimed stone cladding from a local school, the salvaged doors, the design of the utility/boot room with its king post trusses and external stone stair all give the impression of a house that has been on the site for 100 years.
