About the project

A feasibility study and master-planning exercise near the centre of Balloch. These proposals explored the possibilities for adding several small commercial buildings to link into the existing town centre as a new focal point and visitor attraction. These buildings would also be used to frame a new public space and signify new routes linking Loch Lomond Shores and the existing town centre. A large area of under-used parkland adjacent to the site would also be used to attract people in and through the site with new barbeque pods, play areas, walkways, shelters and pontoons along the water's edge.
